Tomorrow sees the publication of my book, Scratch-Building Model Railway Locomotives by Crowood Press.

At heart it is a simple step-by-step guide to building a locomotive in 00 gauge – as much a light-hearted self-help guide as a technical manual. Its aim is to inspire people to take the plunge and build their own model locomotives.
